Biography
Stuart Seraina focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, insurance coverage disputes, professional liability and other tort actions, and the protection of intellectual property and other commercially-sensitive information. He regularly acts as an advisor to clients on these and other subjects to avoid litigation and manage risks. When a client's interests are not protected by a negotiated or commercial solution, Stuart thoroughly prepares and zealously litigates actions in federal and state courts, including handling numerous jury and bench trials.
Before joining Baldwin | Seraina, Stuart spent eighteen years as a litigator and trial lawyer at Kramon & Graham, P.A. While there, he handled a wide array of cases in state and federal courts involving contractual disputes (particularly including licensing agreements and insurance policies), copyrights, professional malpractice, regulatory compliance, and securities, and broker liability. Stuart began his legal career at the large firms now known as DLA Piper, where he litigated antitrust disputes, and Blank Rome, where he worked on commercial fraud actions.
