Biography

Scudder Sodergreen's litigation practice focuses on civil rights and administrative law. He is passionate about protecting individuals from government overreach and neglect, as well as ensuring equal protection under the law.

While completing his undergraduate degree, Mr. Sodergreen was privileged to serve as an intern for the Honorable Judge Glenn Klavans. During law school, Mr. Sodergreen assisted defense counsel in a high-profile murder trial and, separately, served as a Rule 19 Student Attorney, assisting the Baltimore City Office of the State's Attorney with criminal prosecutions. Later, he began working with Baldwin | Seraina, as a law clerk in 2019, and joined the firm as an associate upon being sworn in as a member of the Maryland Bar in 2020.
